Will my notebook come with wireless capabilities? Many of our systems have wireless capability. However, at the present time our retest capabilities do not allow us to detect wireless. Therefore, we do not advertise this feature as a selling point. If would like to determine if a unit was originally configured with wireless, please contact DFS Customer Care at 1.800.891-8595 (M-F 9-5:30 CST).

Can I use my Dell Preferred Account (DPA) on DFSDirectSales.com? No. Currently DFSDirectSales.com is unable to accept DPA cards or Dell Dollars as a form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You may use your DPA card on www.delloutlet.com, which processes orders separately from DFSDirectsales.com.
Is a signature required on deliveries? Yes. All orders purchased on DFSDirectSales.com require a signature upon receipt of the item.
Do the Products from DFSDirectSales.com look "refurbished"? Our products are visually and diagnostically inspected to ensure the highest quality standards and reliability. Our refurbished products may have some observable cosmetic imperfections, but they will not affect the performance.
